1. I believe that successful weight loss starts from the inside out.
2. I believe you can achieve anything you desire as long as you believe you can.
3. I believe we all need the support of others to be successful.
4. I believe there is a natural cure for almost everything.
5. I believe motivation can start you moving in the direction that you want, but creating new good habits will keep you moving in that direction in the long-term.
6. I believe we are 100% responsible for the results in our lives—good or bad —and when you believe this you go from being a victim to being empowered.
7. I believe we accept aging when we shouldn’t, there are natural ways to slow down the process and have a life full energy and vitality.
8. I believe to create the body you desire you must make small incremental changes consistently, they add up to big changes over time.
9. I believe that you are what you eat, but even more importantly, you are what you think, and each day your thoughts determine how well you are nourishing your body, mind and soul.
10. I believe a healthy family starts with healthy parents, be a good role model for your children/grandchildren and end childhood obesity, at least in your own family!
