During the holiday season, it seems everyone you know is throwing a dinner party. Tons of delicious food is at your fingertips almost every night. This leads me to my next tip in the "Guilt-free" series.Today's tip: Don't skip meals because you're going to a dinner party.
Many people tend to do this around the holidays because they plan to eat when they get there.
We all know what this type of thinking leads to -- overeating. Starving yourself will only result in eating everything in sight later at the party!
